FIRST TIME USING THIS FEATURE? YOU MAY WANT TO READ THE DETAILS BELOW...
Enter the email address you used when you registered for the contest. If you have changed email addresses since you registered, and you sent your new address to Pup, enter the new one! Pup stores just one email address per team at this time.
When the email address you enter matches the one I have
on file, your dog tags (PitPupID and Password) will be sent directly to your mailbox.
If you have more than one team that uses the same email address, you'll be sent dog
tags for each team that has a match, in separate emails, automatically.
This should take only a matter of minutes but it can take as much as one day!
Give the system some time. If you have not received your dog tags
after 24 hours, email me.
Pup is not responsible for delays in the delivery of dog tags.
If you wait until the last minute to request lost dog tags and they are delivered
after the cut-off for team changes, Pup sez, "Looks like somebody's running last
week's line-up!"
Remember, you should already have your dog tags stored in a safe place and not relying on me to send them out to you. While this 'fetch' system works, it IS a backup plan in case of brain fades, bad karma, and funky web voo-doo.
If the email address you registered with is no longer valid, using this feature to retrieve your dog tags is obviously not going to work because you'll have no way to pick up your mail. If this is the case, you'll need to send me a separate email requesting your dog tags. Be sure to include your team name and old email address. Please allow 2-3 days to process the request.
